Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased.

Due to the nature of our products, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mrslailamaree@outlook.com with clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

 

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including shipping address, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that chargebacks or payment disputes made in contradiction to this policy may be contested.
